Number Crunch #11

So, I’ve been a massive flake and haven’t been at the gym nearly as much as I need to be but, after taking a look at my numbers below, I am so ready to get back in there and make moves!

I reached my high school weight a few weeks back and now my next weight goal is the FINAL one… The Big Kahuna… The one that counts: 160 lbs!  I am going to push myself to the limits, work out hard, eat right and stay dedicated for the next 43 days because when my 1 year anniversary roles around, I want to be able to say, “Not only did I meet my personal goal of 180 lbs, but I also reached the doctor’s realistic goal of 160 lbs – ALL IN ONE YEAR!”

With that being said: Here it is!  (and wish me luck… I won’t be checking in on measurements again until D-Day – 11/15/11)
